Formation of effective Parish Social Ministries. This is a 5-year project, culminating June 30, 2010. Responsibilties: Facilitating and Coaching Leadership Team; Presenting Tools and Strategies at Parish Social Ministry University; and Facilitate the formation of vicariate and individual Parish Social Ministry.

This is a volunteer ministry to "Welcome Returning Catholics Home." A group volunteers from several parishes: Research programs approved by the U.S. Bishops; Present programs to parishes or groups of people; Assist parishes with formation and execution of programs. We led a Pilot Program "CATHOLICS RETURNING HOME" at the Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa, West Honolulu Vicariate, January 2005. Future Programs: for Fall 2005, Blessed Sacrament Parish, Pauoa, Oahu, West Honolulu Vicariate. And for the "after Christmas" Program, four parishes may be conducting this program.

Assistance to Parish Pastors or Administrators, Diocesan Offices, and Ministries, upon request. We assist with Vision setting and Goals (Long, Intermediate and Near Term).
